It is a stimulator of teenage acne of bread really?

Why eat loads of bread each day when you don't know what you can do for in addition to complying with your appetite? Adolescents who consume large amount of bread these days are more likely to get acne rather than adults. Studies show that acne comes in 60% of the 12 years of age and below and 95% of the 18 years of age & adolescents.

U.S. dermatologists have carried out several studies which confirm that the refined sugar, wheat and other grains, can raise insulin levels. Earlier studies may show that too much insulin may cause acne also these new low-carbohydrate diet are so popular now. It is possible that they can lead to Acne reduced for some individual sessions.

Loren Cordain of Colorado State University carried out an investigation and suggested that tides of insulin may be triggered easily digested refined bread. IGF-1, a similar to insulin growth factor, can occur as well. This combination of substances in the body can spike male hormones, which is known to create large amounts of sebum in the skin. Tallow, a thick substance that can accumulate in the pores of the skin, encourages bacterial growth responsible for acne.

Moreover, research has indicated a lack of acne among adolescents living in other parts of the world, where the food is largely unprocessed. Acne appeared only among the Inuit people of Alaska when people there went from their traditional food to a Western-style diet.

Dermatologists at the RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, are planning a major study to see if eating a diet low in carbohydrates can reduce the incidence of acne. The experiments will involve 60 teenage boys, it tracks over three months.

Dermatologists have seen lot of anecdotal evidence, when they had their patients to move to the low-carbohydrate diet. However, the Australian research is one of the first controlled studies to examine the effects of a diet low in carbohydrates in acne.
